New Hotel

The room we stayed in had a horribly loud air cconditioner and fan. So loud we didn’t run them through the night which meant the room got too warm to sleep in. I wqw

There was a large stain on our sheet. The chair in the room was very dirty so we didn't sit on it. The bed was pretty comfortable once we got past the stain. We went downstairs for breakfast and the morning crew didn't show up. There were many guest in the lobby to eat and we couldn't even get coffee or juice. Someone did eventually make breakfast, but it was not good. I expected better from an IHG hotel!

Extremely clean, very quiet, awesome breakfast and very helpful staff.

Very modern with many outlets for electronics. The bathroom floor looked dirty but think it was poor maintenance or lack of construction clean up. After GPS told us we had arrived it was hard to figure out how to get to it because it was behind another hotel. Signage at ground level would have been helpful. If you are a coffee drinker the Bean to coffee was nice along with the free breakfast. It was only a short drive to several dining options.

Stayed for one night, the reviews the nights before we got there were not good. We had a good stay, room was very clean, lobby was clean, breakfast was well stocked, overall it was good.

Hotel was clean. Very small. Our room was very small. Comfortable beds.

The staff were kind but the hotel is dirty. The floors throughout the lobby, hallways, elevator, and our room were dirty. There were pieces of trash lining the hallways. Our room had popcorn and dirt on the floor. The pull out table on the desk was dirty.

There was garbage in the hall that was pretty putrid and there was some garbage in the room. The mirror waa really not clean. Beds were comfortable and staff was very friendly.

Very utilitarian. No coffee in room. No micro. No body wash in shower. Had to get our own towels

Great hotel

My family and I stayed in 13 hotels in 3 weeks for an east coast bucket list trip. This was the most disgusting hotel of the 13. Our budget for hotels was approximately 150$ so we stayed in mid tier budget hotels. I would never stay at this hotel again. Our first room had pubic hair, pink bacteria growth, and shampoo clumps all over the shower and no towels in the room at all. When we told the front desk the house keeping supervisor barged into out room with her key didn't even wait for us to answer the door and then proceeded to try and give us a huge pile of unfolded towels. She told us someone was coming to clean the bathroom, but we told her we wanted to change rooms because we didn't feel comfortable sitting in the room while someone cleaned the bathroom. Our new room had towels at least I suppose, but it was still filthy hairs and urine stains by the toilet and hair in the shower. They clearly do not clean. We didn't even bathe our toddler because it was just too disgusting. This is clearly a new property that's going to go downhill fast because house keeping isn't doing their job at all. The hallways were littered with trash, our room floor got our feet dirty. There were piles of cigarette butts littering the entrance rocks. We skipped their breakfast because we didn't trust the cleanliness. The smoking area lounge furniture is about 2 feet from the front entrance with no other options for entry so you are forced to walk yourself and kids through cigarette smoke.

It is a new hotel. I have stayed there before. It was not clean. Linens were clean the rooms and halls and entery were not. Short staffed is understandable but managers should then be vacuuming etc. i have been in that industry too.

On the way to Denver this was half way loved the hotel

Beautiful new hotel. Simple but effective for quick trips. Perfect location, beautiful setting.

Only two bath towels. No extras available. No bath floor towel. Tile around could use better cleaning
