A little over priced but friendly people

I recently stayed at the Mandarin Oriental Muscat and it was an unforgettable experience. Every detail was impeccable, but what truly made my holiday special was the outstanding service from the team. Maryam and Sarah Jane made every breakfast a delight with their warmth and attention to detail. By the pool, Humprey went above and beyond to ensure we were always comfortable and well looked after. A special mention to Madai at Essenza restaurant, who made our dining experience truly memorable with exceptional recommendations and genuine hospitality

This is a hotel with not only excellent facilities but all the staff make you feel welcomed and appreciated during your stay. I would book the Mandarin Muscat for every visit.

Perfect with Amazing service!

Gorgeous hotel, beachfront, lovely amenities, food was bus, could’ve spent the whole time at the hotel but the concierge gave us local recommendations to explore and filled an itinerary for check out to departure.

One of the best properties I have stayed at, so relaxing with very helpful and friendly staff. Concierge booked our restaurants with ease. Nice breakfast, good restaurant options. Lovely amouage store on site if you like exclusive perfumes.

Fantastic modern but elegant hotel with amazing location on beach and near to the city

Hotel was exceptionally clean and the service was excellent as well. Will definitely recommend if you are traveling with family.

Fantastic hotel with outrageous good service!

Vi har netop haft et vidunderligt ophold på Mandarin Oriental Muscat i hele 6 dage, og det overgik virkelig alle vores forventninger. Servicen var helt i top, og personalet var utrolig servicemindede og imødekommende - vi følte os virkelig velkomne hele vejen igennem vores ophold. Vi nød den lækre morgenmad i TwoThree58 Club, hvor der var et imponerende udvalg af retter. Om aftenen havde vi også fornøjelsen af at smage deres cocktails og canapéer, som var en skøn måde at afslutte dagen på. Hotellets pool og strandområde var absolut fantastiske. Selvom stranden var offentlig, blev vi stadig serviceret af hotellets venlige personale, hvilket gjorde vores oplevelse endnu bedre. Alt i alt var vores ophold en uforglemmelig oplevelse, og vi ser allerede frem til at besøge Mandarin Oriental Muscat igen.
