Everyone was great especially the cleaning staff

Our stay was very pleasant. It is a bit of a walk to the centro plaza but doable. If you are looking to spend some time in Tepic, we highly recommend a stay at Frey select.

Estuvimos muy cómodos en el hotel. El desayuno estuvo muy bueno también. Mi única crítica es que la sábana del colchon estaba SÚPER roñosa. Una observación- deberían de ponerle tela de protección a los ventanales y puerta de la entrada porque a sus pobres empleados les da el sol en la pura cara.

Great place, kind people and food is really good.

The hotel is centrally located and easy to get to. Central bus station is within 5 minutes driving distance. Service people are very nice. Their breakfast is excellent. The room was very clean and everything is almost in new condition. I highly recommend this hotel.

Very nice rooms. Not the best part of town.

Not enough. Parking spots very hard to access. I had to park on street 2 out of 3 nights. Complimentary breakfast was very good
