The worker was amazing we needed some salt and pepper and he gave it to us and also gave us some juice after breakfast time.

Basic hotel but clean and comfortable. Check in slow as no proper reception. Other than that all fine.

Building is brand new we stayed in family room and it was quite big so all in all very satisfied.

Breakfast is horrible Eggs are artificial, fruits are not that good, hot chocolate was not there in the coffee machine, cheese was sooooo satly. Breakfast is not worth 14 euros almost per person, per day. very disappointing. The rest, was OK (rooms are clean)

I highly recommend this hotel for a quiet place to stay, the only slight quibble could do with more kitchen utensils

Hotel clean but sparse. Room was cold. Offsite parking location poorly explained so had to pay twice for parking for one night. No onsite maintenance staff to help with room temperature.

Parking is non-existent only two (2) available saces for massive hotel, park on crowded street which again is limited or in a pay lot far away from hotel..

Nice clean place to stay with facility to cook within the rooms incase you have baby or toddlers. Plenty parking available around the property and pretty close to main town.

Etablissement très récent, lumineux, agréable et très propres situé dans un quartier en pleine rénovation. Les chambres sont confortables, avec une vaste salle de bain bien aménagée. Le seul bémol pourrait consister en l'équipement de la partie cuisine (c'est un Apart 'hôtel) un peu limite .pas d'assiettes plates, pas de tire-bouchon, ni de décapsuleur ni de vraie cafetière (à filtre ou expresso). L'insonorisation semble bonne.

Tout petit bémol : pas de tanle haute pour les repas dans un appart hotel :(

Friendly welcoming staff.clean and comfortable rooms.It was great to have a hob and a microwave as we stayed 4 nights.One small suggestion kitchen items would be improved by having bottle openers a sharp knife and a cutting board.Great quiet location and quick to get to on the Metro.Will definitely book again if going to Lille again.

Wonderful hotel and staff, not far from the Metro small village of Croix near by has nice restaurants.
