Clean swimming pool, ok location, clean room, only the two female receptionists were a bit annoying, especially the female who didn't wear glasses, she talked to the guests in an unfriendly way or smiled unpleasantly. If the guests come as a family, there are usually children but the parents will also proactively tell them when their children do something wrong, and the receptionist had a very unpleasant face and was not friendly at all with the children. Normally, hotel or resort receptionists often socialize to make guests come back, but at Vboutique, we don't see that.

Nice hotel, lovely receptionist, location near restaurants. Walking distance to Hoang Hoa Tham street, there are so many restaurants.
