The hotel is comfortable, the staff is friendly and polite.

Staying for the third time, it turned out the sheets hadn't been changed since I checked out. I checked out that afternoon and checked in again the next night. It turned out the room was still the same as when I first checked in. The bed had only been made, and nothing had been changed.

The location is good, close to the station and Transjakarta bus stop. There are many culinary options around the hotel and they are quite affordable. For that price, it's quite good, just for sleeping.

The AC is not cold enough, please ask for service. The place is comfortable and nice. There are many food stalls that are open at night. It's not difficult to find food. It's close to the old city.

Okay, it's a good recommendation just for transit.

Water is off, soap, toothbrush must be bought. Towels are out, terrible. Noisy vehicles from outside.

When you need water. The water doesn't flow, it's completely dead. Dirty floor, bad bed. Dirty stairs.

Hopefully it can be improved to provide clearer instructions on where the Reddoorz receptionist is and please replace the windows to reduce noise from outside. I couldn't sleep all night because the vehicles were too loud. The food and coffee drinks are a must try, overall everything is delicious and comfortable. Thank You.
