No one was at the hotel front desk. After waiting 30 minutes, I decided to find another hotel.

not trustworthy, arrived at the location but it was not ready. the water was not on, booked a room but was given a room that smelled of cigarettes. very unclear. as a result, we did not stay overnight, and there was no clarity for a refund. even though we had agreed to a refund. please traveloka follow up on this vendor.

For such a luxurious design from the outside, but the facilities inside are really bad. The water is off, even if you want to go to the toilet, there is no water. The AC is too cold, there is no remote. The toilet spray is leaking, there are no shoes. It has been complained about, but it has not been done.

The place is comfortable but the staff is not very friendly.
