Lovely time at this hotel 😍 hotel scent was nice and experienced comfy ambience. Functional equipments in the room. The breakfast food was standard with limited varieties. Helpful staff when checking in but not so much when checking out.

The location is simply the best, accessible by commuter line (KRL) or TransJakarta, close to Monas (National Monument), and so on. The rooms are comfortable and cozy, with all the cool decor, making it a real treat for the eyes. There are plenty of sports facilities, so even the kids can enjoy the space.

We have pleasant stay in the Family Loft room to celebrate birthday! The staff was friendly and fast response. All facilities were clean and functioning. The breakfast buffet could be more varied and local authentic light meal could be added.

New hotel with quite complete facilities and good interior, we were upgraded on the 2nd day because of complaints about the room with a small window and no view, unfortunately the breakfast lacked variety and tasted bland, food hygiene was not well controlled...

The hotel's interior design is attractive, the staff are very helpful, and the added value is the complete sports facilities (there's a tennis court too), great.

Staff here are very helpful, they let me check in as soon as I arrived even if it's 2 hours earlier than the check-in time. I enjoyed their gym facility, spacious and their equipment is just enough.

Booked a family room but was upgraded to a family suite. We were so happy. We booked for the BTN Jakim event, and in the lobby, there was a mini stand they had prepared specifically for those of us who were participating in the event. There were eggs, protein bars, mineral water, Pocari Sweat, and an encouraging banner. Upon returning from the event, we were given cold towels, which was really cool! The hotel is artsy, the service is top-notch. Even back at the hotel, we still had time for breakfast. There was enough food to choose from, and the food was delicious. Highly recommended 🔥🔥🔥
