Check in time took very long, 30+ mins. But when I spoke to one of the housekeeping, she said there was many rooms available. I booked for 2 guests but only had 1 pillow and 1 towel and had to pay for extra. The air conditioner was very bad when we got inside the room. They did not provide the remote for the AC since they turned it to maybe about 23-24 C°. We checked the bathroom and the water pressure was very low, it had dirt in it and smelled like rust.

Very difficult to locate. not accessible. we booked a room for two but they provide us with only 1 towel and pillow. when we asked for an extra pillow and towel they charged us. the bedsheets although clean have cigarette burns. The food is not good; we ordered their fried chicken but is no better than the 15 pesos you can buy in the streets and take note their food are expensive. No hot shower. Only one electrical outlet and not that accessible. No wifi or Internet Connection as advertised. The room is small and the toilet are not tidy. We were wondering since the place is still unfinished and under construction. The pros: aircon is very cool and the place was quite as it is located in a residential area.

Value for money is good however its a bit far from the city. The caretaker is very accommodating and helpful.
