Hotel staff is friendly. Hotel room is nice.

New hotel, very suitable for bringing family, in front there is a beach and swimming pool and cafe.

Drinking water supply is lacking. Many hotels provide free 4 bottles of mineral water. Ask for a make up room, but the result is that there is still dirt that has not been swept away. The rest is ok.

Nice new hotel. Nice suite room with advanced features. But maybe there should be a little improvement in the electrical sockets, some of them don't work. We gave a little input about the food that wasn't quite right. And the response from Mr. Bram and Syahril was very good. To accept the input, we were even presented with a new menu that will be launched soon. And maybe for some food, a little more attention is needed for the taste. And adjusted to the original. For example, rujak tropis jakarta whose chili sauce is only peanut sauce without any flavor. Actually, it would be very suitable during the hot afternoon enjoyed outside the balcony. Unfortunately the chili sauce did not meet my expectations yesterday. Hopefully when I come back there will be changes. All the employees are very friendly and active in asking about our needs. Thank you for your service.

It was nice stay. Staff very friendly, room clean and nice. Environment nice and quiet. Sun beds must have umbrellas. Hotel is new and staff in restaurant and in reception are not experienced so some patience is required if hurry. But all in all we had a very pleasant stay.
