It's a comfortable place, but because we were assigned family room number 1 yesterday, another guest complained to us, feeling disturbed by our activity walking upstairs because it was all made of wood. Even though none of us were running around, we were just walking around normally.

I canceled my stay because I felt uncomfortable with the hotel. The room, sheets, and bed were not suitable.

The staff were not friendly at all, when we arrived we were not shown to our room.

The room was actually nice and had a nice view. But unfortunately, the TV was broken and couldn't be replaced. 🙂‍↔️ The swimming pool was also unusable, very dirty. The food was quite expensive and had little variety.

I was very happy to be able to go to the villa because the place was comfortable, clean, and the view was also beautiful, with full air conditioning.

The room was okay, and the staff was incredibly friendly. Absolutely the best. The view from the room was amazing. If you're looking for accommodation near Grand Taman Safari Prigen, this is highly recommended.
