Maybe we could add a children's playground to make it comfortable for families, especially those with toddlers.

The hotel staff is friendly, check-in time is flexible, I happened to arrive at 09.30 and was able to enter the room, the atmosphere is cozy and clean

Everything was good, but the room needed to be checked before the guests check in. Because theres no tissue, toilet tissue, soaps, and toothbrush when we came in.

Good, easy to reach, but the rooms are a bit dirty, there are Netflix and YouTube channels too and they are easy to access, the swimming pool is clean, but a bit crowded like in a private housing complex.

Everything is okay except for the wifi, a little disappointed because I have stayed here several times and it has always been comfortable because the wifi facility supports connecting to the TV in the room The wifi facility can be improved again

a calming atmosphere even though it is called South Jakarta, drinking coffee on the balcony while looking at the swimming pool. the location is also tucked away from the highway. always come back.. it's really cool with affordable prices

The service needs to be improved further.

The AC is not cold, the lights often go out, the bed is dirty, it's noisy, and the staff is not very friendly.

When I entered the room it was very hot, the roof was fragile, there were cockroaches even the smallest ones. Asked the staff to just handle the cockroaches but they made many excuses. Asked for insect repellent spray but said there was none. In the end I didn't stay there and immediately left. I lost 250 thousand.

The hotel staff is friendly, there is a pool that can be accessed anytime. The environment is very strategic but can still be categorized as a hidden gem.

the air conditioner is not cold so it's not very comfortable. hot. already informed the receptionist but instead told to wait 15 minutes to cool down. not cold. there is no telephone in the room so it makes communication difficult.
