The room is nice but there is no lift.

It was a good experience, good location, a safe place to stay. I stayed for almost a week. The aircon was alright. The room was alright. But there was no lift, just stairs. Overall, it was good.

This is lacking a TV + the Wi-Fi signal is not good. If you are just transiting, this hotel can be an option because it is cheap.

I stayed 2 nights in the Famil room on the 3rd floor. The room is very spacious, there is a kettle, glasses and spoons... but sugar, tea and coffee are not provided, in the bathroom the soap is not refilled, shampoo is not provided, only toothbrushes... the sheets, blankets and towels seem not to have been changed... but it's quite comfortable to sleep, not noisy, the staff is also friendly, close to the airport, there is an airport shuttle service... thank you Kembang Joyo hotel🙏

The hotel is nice, close to the airport, but unfortunately the facilities are not well maintained, the shower doesn't work, and when I checked in I was given a dirty room.

I stayed for quite a long time, almost a week, with good service, good room facilities and no complaints whatsoever.

Clean, Comfortable, and Cheap Hotels in Palu City

Nice, clean, cheap, and strategic. The only downside is that there is no elevator so it's a bit tiring climbing the stairs while carrying stuff.

Very clean hotel, central location, friendly staff. Very comfortable. The reality is much better than the photos. There is a free shuttle from the airport. Good, improve the service.

The hotel is located right in the middle of the city, so access to everywhere is close. Currently the hotel does not provide breakfast.

The TV is broken and won't turn on, which is the downside of this hotel.

AC doesn't work. The bedding has not been changed from previous guest. The staff was reluctant to do anything about the two issues.
