Friendly staff, nice place, just room cleanliness needs to be improved.

Overall, it's pretty good, considering it seems new. Just a note on the cleanliness of the sheets, blankets, etc. If possible, make sure they're stain-free and smell nice. As for the water, if repairs or maintenance are needed, please do it after check-out time or when guests are no longer in the room.

The staff is friendly, the atmosphere is clean, but the only thing missing is the swimming pool, which isn't like the one in Ciater. It should be warm or slightly warm, but this one is cold, tending towards warm. You should be able to soak in it at night.

It's great, the facilities are complete and close to tourist attractions.

The staff provided excellent service, but the Wi-Fi was down. The cold pool wasn't even warm at all.

The water heater is not hot, bathing with cold mountain water in cold air temperatures, the pool is not warm, the smell of the toilet or the drain is so bad that it makes you uncomfortable that you can smell it in the whole room.

The hotel staff and security were friendly. However, the water heater in the bathroom didn't work, the TV wouldn't turn on, and the remote control was out of batteries.

There's no hot tub, and the breakfast is mediocre and not at all tasty. The sheets need to be replaced, as they're worn and stained. Even after they were replaced, the stains and musty smell are still there. Hopefully, things will improve.

The water heater has to wait 60-90 minutes after use, so those with babies and small children have to wait a long time. There are lots of ants in the room. There are very few local TV channels, but they have smart TVs. The swimming pool facilities are not warm, only the jets are warm, but when in the pool it is cold. The staff is very friendly. The Pinaru Park facility requires a fee of Rp. 15,000 (promotion), originally Rp. 35,000, it is not free.

The staff was very helpful and friendly. We had some trouble with our car, and we were also given a mechanic's number. We had a great two days in Ciater, with plenty of outdoor activities. We had a comfortable and restful sleep, even though the air was very cold.
