Overall, it's good. However, the resort facilities need maintenance, especially the AC, which needs to be cleaned to reduce noise and keep it cool. The shower needs to be cleaned regularly to ensure even water flow. The bathroom is aesthetically pleasing and quite spacious, but could use some freshener. The staff are very friendly and polite, typical of Yogyakarta. For those who want to eat at the restaurant, the food is delicious. If you want to buy food around the resort, you can find it through the GoFood app, which is easy and affordable.

The room and facilities were fine but I experienced unpleasant treatment from the hotel staff, it was 15 minutes to check out time when I told the staff that I need to do the prayer before leaving the room, then I made my prayer at 12 pm and in the middle of praying at 12.15 pm they shutted down the power turned my room dark and hot. There is a phone in the room but they didn't call to confirm whether or not I'm ready to leave but they just turned the power off. what is the use of the phone? I've had been in many hotels but even the cheap budget hotel never did such thing as turning the power off at check out time especially when they know the guest is still inside the room

We stayed in room Playa 9. Although there are some improvement needed regarding the cleanliness of the room, the common room area and balcony are quite dirty. The food was great, but too bad you guys don't offer room service yet. All and all our stay, the service, and the view was worth it.

The staff is very friendly. The room wasn't very clean, it seems like the maintenance wasn't up to par. The most exciting part was the jeep and VW rides. The food at the restaurant was slow to serve.
