The living room smelled bad, and the bathroom wasn't clean, with lots of small insects. It was also difficult to contact the owner when checking out, and the deposit took two days to be returned, even though it's usually returned immediately after check-out.

I stayed here for three nights. The apartment has two fairly large rooms, a comfortable living room, and a fully equipped kitchen. The cleanliness is adequate. However, there's no daily cleaning; a broom is provided for cleaning, and trash must be disposed of in the trash bin. There are plenty of halal and non-halal food stalls below the apartment. There's also a minimarket. Ordering a Grab car is also easy.

The staff gave me the room that is not what i pay for. It's small, and no refrigerator, Thus i complained and then i got switch to the room that has refrigerator, but alas, It is very dusty, unprepared, broken furnitures (like chair and mirror), no hot shower(as what the page has), not even the bidet sprayer, no shower gel. I got sick after 1 night stay. It was the worst, tho luckily the location is very food friendly, foodcourt downstairs and AEON mall over the road. not worth to stay unless the more proper room. Not expecting much, but The RedDoor unit is better than this one to be honest.

At the beginning of check-in, we didn't know that you checked in yourself and when we got there, we were confused about how to check in and get the key. Because we didn't know where to contact the staff and thankfully we asked a local person to contact the staff and finally we were able to enter and were given the key, and we were blamed because we couldn't contact them. The first impression was not good, it was complicated, it turned out that the apartment date was still better if the hotel checked in directly and the staff was on standby instead of letting us use it and the room facilities were also incomplete, the sheets were yellow and not new and the pillows were also flat

Everything was fine. Except: Cleaning fee for a 4-night stay. I charged RM80 for 2 cleanings. Mandatory payment. No refund if not used. And no Wi-Fi. 😓
