Friendly staff, easy access to the mall, and very clean.

The hotel's location, integrated with a mall, made our staycation even more convenient. The staff were very friendly and happily accommodated our early check-in request, even though the hotel was already full due to peak season. The room was very clean and comfortable, with a spacious bathroom. Thank you for the birthday cake, and the beautiful birthday decorations on the mirror! The varied and delicious breakfast menu was also unforgettable. Special thanks to the ladies and men at the restaurant who took the initiative to help with my daughter's birthday surprise after breakfast. The infinity pool is a perfect place to relax in the evening while enjoying the beautiful city view. DoubleTree Hilton Bintaro, can't wait to visit you again!
