The hotel is located at the city center, walking distance to most attractive tourist destinations. Very clean and quiet hotel.

We've stayed more than three times, and so far it's been quite good, although the bed cleaning service needs improvement, where we found a hair before we could lie down, and the problematic shower handrail. The breakfast menu is very varied, changing daily.

Hyatt is always a worthwhile staycation option. The food is plentiful and delicious.

service, facilities, room comfort are very good, only the condition of the bathroom toilet is slippery....maybe anti-slip needs to be added....for breakfast the menu is okay, varied...but the porridge tastes bland....2 nights staying there was very pleasant, thank you Hyatt....a little input, the plants in the outdoor smoking area have wilted, it's a shame they are not cared for, so they disturb the view

Check-in at this hotel just because I was curious and it turned out to be as expected, the hotel is good, with a strategic location and friendly and really helpful service. A clean and comfortable room with good facilities. Sofa bed near the window can enjoy the view of Makassar city. Definitely will come back here. Lotta thank Hyatt! 🫶🫶

Stayed at Hyatt Place and honestly loved it! The hotel feels super fresh and modern—probably because it’s still new. Everything was spotless, the room smelled nice, and the design was clean and cozy. Staff were friendly, breakfast was yummy, and the location made it easy to explore. Perfect spot to chill after a long day. Definitely a great choice if you’re looking for comfort with a classy vibe. Would 100% stay here again!
