The hotel looks like it has never been cleaned. Starting from the glass entrance, reception desk, elevator, dirty not wiped, fingerprints etc. are visible. In the room too, the glass partition in the bathroom was not cleaned so the water stains were very clear, the floor was dusty as if it had not been swept. The color of the towels was unclear. There were no toothbrushes. The valet service was also not helpful. We left the car keys to be prepared in the outermost parking lot because we had to go to the airport at 05 am, but it turned out that our car was parked in the innermost parking lot, so it was blocked by 2 other cars when we were going to get out. The only good thing about this hotel is the location.

For a hotel with affordable rates and good room facilities, clean towels, elevators, good room service, especially with a strategic location. It's very worth it. Keep it up.

The staff is very friendly, the rooms are clean but small, luckily I chose the deluxe one so it's quite big, it doesn't provide breakfast, but there are lots of breakfasts around the hotel, my favorite is lumpia cik mene just walk away.

We ordered a standard room and then when we arrived the receptionist upgraded it to a superior room without additional costs, so if you get the superior room for the price you paid, it's really worth it, the room is small but for that price it's enough, the room is also clean, The room materials also look new, the toilet C looks like it's old but clean, plus the toilet lights are bright, I really like that with bright rooms and toilets rather than dim ones. The hot water also works well, towels, soap and shampoo are also available, only toothbrushes and toothpaste are not available. Especially for the location, I really like the location, right behind the Ciputra mall & close to the Simpang 5 square. The parking area for Aj C is not spacious enough, so if you bring a 4-wheeled vehicle you just need to make an effort to park. Overall I was comfortable staying here. Thank you.

The location is strategic. The room is very small, minimalist type 1 bed. Unfortunately there is no heating kettle provided. Overall clean.

Suitable for those who work, access near Simpang Lima, because it is a bit in the location so it is not noisy. The AC is cold, the drawback in my opinion is that it is not suitable for typing on a computer because the table is not big enough, the clothes hanger blocks the TV. Internet is ok. Hot water is ok. So far it is ok for workers, great.

The location is very easy to find, easy to Simpang Lima and the nearest mall. The staff is very helpful and quite informative.
