I filled out a survey yesterday and on a scale of 10, I gave it an 8. Overall, the hotel was clean. Thanks for your service.

It's okay. It's easy to run to Alun-alun from the hotel and back. The food is delicious and there are lots of choices. But the toll exit to Sukabumi city is congested for about 2 hours.

The staff is friendly and the reflexology massage therapy is really good.

The best 😍 next time I go to Sukabumi I want to stay at Bountie again

Staff was friendly, location was good and easy to find food/drink. Quite good as a family/children friendly hotel. Close to a mosque on the road/alley nearby. Wi-Fi was good. Parking just enough, need a bit more space if full. The only problem we had was with the restaurant at 7th floor, it says it closes at 9pm, but at 8:10pm already refuses guests, this is not standard and was an upset. We had to go back and find alternative.

The hotel is integrated with a cafe/restaurant too. The rooms are comfortable and clean. The staff are friendly. The breakfast is delicious. Strategically located in the center of Sukabumi city

Even though I didn't get to see everything, it was okay, I was given a cake when I got home.

The hotel staff is friendly, cleanliness is okay, but the room seems small for the price of 800.

Friendly staff, I left my bag and cellphone in the lobby, thank God it was safe and immediately stored by the staff. The reflexology massage was also good, and I got a souvenir when I went home. Very nice, right? I'll stay here again sometime. Thanks 👍

Suddenly & luckily still got 1 night to stay here with my little family, got a nice and comfortable room. Unfortunately the mini playground in the facility has been dismantled. But the kids were entertained by the swimming pool. Try having dinner at the restaurant and it's delicious, breakfast is also delicious. For the room toilet, maybe it should be given air freshener because it still smells less pleasant. The morning view is really beautiful 🥰🤩

location in the middle of the city, very convenient to go anywhere, close by.. there are also many restaurants around the hotel, just walk.. during Eid it's very crowded here, maybe it can be reminded for those who smoke in the lobby / lounge area so that they don't smoke inside the hotel.. so provide a smoking room so that it's more comfortable for visitors, especially those who bring children.. because it's quite annoying to go to the elevator passing by people who smoke.. overall the hotel is quite okay

The hotel staff is very nice, friendly and respectful, the food is also good according to taste, the room is clean but there is something lacking, namely that there is no soundproofing in the room, so the sound from outside is a bit disturbing, for example the sound of a chair being dragged, but overall it is very "good".
