Breakfast + room are amazing, but I had a bad experience during dinner. Food took almost an hour, and I received it cold + burnt (which was inedible, and I don't cherry-pick what I eat, so it says a lot).

I've stayed here twice because it's that beautiful and great. Good room facilities, delicious food, nice view. I'm sorry, but yesterday when I arrived and just opened the toilet bowl, I forgot to wipe it, it seems there are traces of yellow pee on the edge. 🙁 I forgot to take a photo. Besides that, I left something in the lobby. The admin was very slow to respond, no answer even after several chats, waiting for hours for information, and I finally went back to the hotel again, and indeed the item was there. Why just check when the item is so close to the receptionist, can't you just check it in a few seconds, say the item is there. But other than that, everything in this hotel is satisfactory.

The room was clean, and the staff was friendly. If I ever go to Lampung, I'd stay here again. As for breakfast, please help the staff refill it quickly. I wanted breakfast, but it was all gone even though it was only 8 a.m.

Great... I got a great deal when I stayed here. For the price, I was quite satisfied. The room was clean, with an iron and a desk. Breakfast was free for children under 12, which is rare. However, the pool water was cloudy and had to be cleaned daily. That was the only downside.
