Nice hotel, friendly staff, everything is fine

I booked a room with ocean view and it said ocean view for only 1 room. But when I checked in, the room had a view looking down the street and the room was very cramped.

The hotel space is airy, quiet, bringing a feeling of absolute relaxation. In particular, the breakfast is rich and delicious, satisfying many different tastes. All services are performed quickly and thoughtfully, making me clearly feel the hotel's care and respect for customers. Thank you Thai LT

There is a common passage with other floors, not separate apartments like other places. Even though I wrote a note to the cleaning staff, they still did not receive it carefully and the hand towels were not replaced, the floor is very dusty.

The hotel is located in an apartment building, so it is very inconvenient to use the same elevator as the residents of the building, so it cannot be called a hotel, it is a concept swap.

1. Location: Very good Central location, near Nghinh Phong Tower, Vincom, full amenities around 2. Facilities: Not good The elevator does not have air conditioning, the number of elevators is not enough to meet the traffic volume. Guests checking in on the 6th floor have to wait a long time for the elevator to go up to the rooms on the upper floors. The lobby on the 1st floor does not have air conditioning. The room is too small. 3. Service quality: Not good The staff canceled the room card when the guest still had days to stay. The staff cleaned the dirty room, only cleaned the bed and toilet, did not sweep the floor, took away old towels but did not replace them with new ones. The soundproofing of the room was poor.

Very satisfied staying at this hotel. Everything was great.
