dirty room, dirty bathroom, shower water only drips, narrow room, hard to open room key, sounds from outside can be heard, moldy walls.

Yup, according to reviews from people who have stayed there, in the morning there's no staff, it seems neglected. The water supply is limited, and people complain about it with excuses. 😔

The room was okay, and the cleanliness was pretty good. The AC wasn't cold enough, and the water flow was very low at certain times. Overall, it's still okay for this budget.

THE ROOM SMELLS AND THE AC LEAKS

Thank God, the hotel is comfortable, enough for 3 people, clean and cool, and also close to the city center.

Maybe the room could use a little cleaning and the bed was less comfortable.

The lights went out for hours, leaks everywhere, when I left the room, the floor was flooded with rainwater.

Can be better in the future to give a good impression to customers.

The staff is friendly and the wifi is fast. The bathroom is slippery and looks like there is a leak, so even after leaving it for a long time, there are still puddles. The sheets have lots of stains and the blanket has lots of spots. The walls are not maintained so it looks dirty. There is 1 switch for 3 lights, so if you want to turn them off at night, everything is very dark. Even though there are 3 switches. It's not bad for 300 for 2 days

The bathroom smells, the sink faucet is broken, the door doesn't close properly, I booked a room with a view but the window is so high I can't see through, the walls are peeling, the mattress is already flat. Hmmmmm….. it's okay for the price, but don't be like this.

The room was dirty, the towels were thin, but it was worth the price, and the lights would suddenly turn off by themselves.

The staff was very friendly, and the room was clean and fragrant. They were very kind when asked if I wanted to extend my stay at 11am, so they helped me out and woke me up.

The bed is comfortable, the room is also great

The staff is friendly, it's not difficult to check in, the room is clean and comfortable, the AC is cold, the bathroom is nice, there is hot and cold water, minus the yellow floor (but it's normal, it's not dirty), overall it's good 8/10
