We stayed just one night. Everything is done remotely, no staff on site. Not a bad thing, just didn’t realize that and might not be a great fit for all travelers. Also above a pub with late live music. They left ear plugs for us- but was still a loud evening. Again- the music didn’t bother us much, but travelers should be aware. It was clean and we had enough space for our family of 4.

Great location and nice room.

Contactless check in was no problem. Took a second to find the Goki app to get in the room but after that, no issues. I had a request for additional pillows to help with my back and they accommodated. The elevator is SUPER TINY but works great. The water pressure is powerful in the shower 👍.

Area in general was loud at night. We had to open windows at night to keep the room cooler (as there’s no AC), and that made the noise worse. There’s also a bar downstairs and we smelled weed when we entered the building.

GREAT option for Lucerne. Just enough distance from the riverfront crowd. Great vibe at the bar downstairs (closes at 12:30). Clean. Parking is right there.

Great hotel only 10 mins from the train station in Luzern. If you like connection then maybe its not the best hotel for you, but the contactless check in was simple and the service via Whats App was great. The xmas night market was just outside the hotel, which made it very magical. Highly recommend staying here.

Really good location and the room was clean with sufficient space for two persons. The bed was super comfortable and I didn't miss the human contact at all.

Very difficult time consuming online check in. Asked for far too much personal information without which we couldn’t gain access. Room incredibly hot despite given fans. No tea spoons, creamer for coffee. Shower soap not working. More expensive than our 4 star 2 room and living room wonderful hotel in Zermatt

Easy self check in using Goki app. Many bistros within walking distance for food and drink. Simple bus transportation from Luzern Barnhof

Too hot , need AC

Sent an email to management about the accommodations, but never received a reply. Users should understand that no contact check in means no staff on site. Bar downstairs is very noisy. Should have more than one fan available for all the guests at the property.

The hotel is in a very nice area, convenient for walking around the old town/river area. I was not a big fan of the contactless check-in, would much rather interact with a person for that instead of a computer.

Not a place for folks with mobility issues—tiny lift, tiny rooms, no air conditioning, two pillows, the list is endless. If you needed a room cheap and convenient to all, this would work, but for most it won’t.

Location is v gd, near old town. Ez to chk in and chk out by ourselves using a kiosk. However, room was small and it can get stuffy. Our 2nd night, there were many insects. We closed our windows but they came in through the bathroom window that was opened.

Staff was very helpful recommending nearby dining. The walkability to everything made our short visit so enjoyable.
