The staff was lovely. The room was very nice. We liked breakfast. Our only complaint would be that it isn’t close to transit. We had to take a taxi from the airport and ordered delivery for food because there wasn’t much close by.

I got there and they had no rooms available. I asked to ensure I would not be charged and they said no but then still charged me for a room I never got

What a pleasant change from our last Hotel. Staff were out going, friendly and helpful. We loved our time in France and this Hotel was a great representation of the people we met.

Easy to get to and happy with stay

The breakfast menu was simple but satisfactory. I used uber to get around so parking was not an issue for me. My only recommendations are to provide more pillows. I had to ask for additional pillows

This hotel was very nice astethicly pleasing the staff was also nic its a really nice clean place especially good for traveling as a family

Would have been great to be able to get breakfast a tiny bit earlier to accommodate an early flight. Over than that, everything was great. Specifically the 24/7 front desk and secured parking lot.

If there was a 100+ rating, would have done for this hotel. Amezian, the receptionist is an angel in human form. From the booking day till we arrived there, he offered listening ear to any worries we had and communicated effectively to help us be calm as it was our first time traveling to France and had little ones with us. We nearly got scammed with taxi drivers upon arrival at the airport. We called and helped with apps to get good rate to drive to the hotel. What really surprised us was they made us checked in early before our check in time. Would definitely use this hotel again and would recommend to loved ones. The room was so clean, nice ambient, quiet environment. Staff were very friendly and welcoming❤️

The room was too strong on cigarette. Even the sheets on the bed were too much. Which I’m glad it was only for one night. We left the Hôtel smelling like we smoke.

Didn't have Breakfast but easy to go to CDG airport on an early morning, just a few minutes away. The rooms are also sound proof so great night sleep and spacious.

Very challenging to find an uber to take us from the hotel to the airport to the point that we almost missed the flight. Hotel is very isolated. Shower didnt drain which flooded the bathroom. Overall wouldnt recommend.

Room was clean, check in efficient. Some slats on the bed were broken.

Very good location to the Airport

We stayed one night and it was very comfy

Only of the two single beds was made up. The other one was lying broken under the double bed with all bedding dirty from being stuffed under the bed. We were then moved to another room. We had told front desk we would be checking out at 4:45am but nobody told us the gate would be locked. We were standing in the snow with our children for a long time until someone finally answered the call button on the gate.

Nice clean room and great place to park your car overnight. Overall a good hotel to stay at when you have a vehicle. Highly recommended.
