Great stay, clean room & general areas, staff were lovely.

It is great place to stay. I will definitely recommended it.

My only fault with this hotel was the lack of beer on tap, everything was bottled

Gorgeous staff, delicious breakfast and really quiet rooms.

From the minute of arrival the reception staff were friendly, engaging and helpful, an absolute pleasure to stay at this hotel and may even replace my old favourites of this is the standard across all their hotels. Particular shout out to the staff who checked us in. Very chatty and funny.

Reception was a breeze and staff very friendly. Breakfast was plentiful and good quality. Room itself was fine, basic but had what you need for a city break stay.

Cant fault it, great location as well. Rooms aren't massive, but if it's only to get.your head down, perfect.

Central location and nice hotel 2nd time I’ve stayed here and would stay again

This is a great hotel right in the centre of a lovely town. We were greeted by really friendly and helpful staff at the reception desk. Our room was bright and clean, with a really comfortable bed. The bathroom was a reasonable size, with a great shower. Although there were no cooked breakfasts available, which was fine by me, the continental breakfast was excellent. We will definitely stay here again and highly recommend it as excellent value for money.

Rooms are dark and mone had no view. Had to keep curtains closed as no pricaey - lacked nets of other Motel Ones. Also poor pillows again lacking Motel One cushions. Staff are friendly and helpful and hotel well placed for station, Eldon Square and shopping/ restaurants

room was clean and tidy, bed was surprisingly so comfortable and soft. the room itself was fantastic for our stay, might be a little small for longer stays but for the night you cannot complain at all. the staff were so lovely and talkative too. the only fault i had with the room was with the aircon and general ventilation of the room. the air conditioning didn’t cool the room at all despite being on all night and the only other way of cooling the room was with the window which didn’t open that fully. if you had a shower your room/shower would remain humid no matter how hard you tried to cool the room down. other than that fantastic stay!

Friendly staff, breakfast buffet offered good variety, and lounge / bar area great spot to unwind end of day. Lovely outdoor patio!
