Excellent service and location

Excellent locations but rooms need some upgrades, no chairs or desk , no coffee , limited space in the washroom

U will survive 1 night. The room and especially the bathroom are tiny and uncomfortable. I was only staying 1 night, thabks God.

Visitamos la ciudad por unos días y nos quedamos en este hotel . La noche que pasamos fue excelente pero el servicio de Fabricio y Angelo fue pron espectaculares . Nos ayudaron a conseguir un tour por la ciudad y Fabricio fue muy small e y diligente un 10 plus para el . Gracias !!??

Very responsive and kind staff. If you want to be close to the night partying, this is the right place to be.

The location was great for visiting Madrid and surrounding areas. Access to all local travel modes (high speed and commuter trains, metro, busses, and taxis) are very accessible. Many of the main highlights (Palacio Real, Puerto del Sol, Plaza Mayor, El Retiro, the Prado, Cibeles, and more) of Madrid are within easy walking distance. The hotel was as advertised with single beds for each of the 3 of us. The staff remade the rooms every day and the place was spotless in the rooms, hallways, and the elevator. Front desk staff knew just what we needed when we asked for suggestions or advice. Definite YES to staying there the next time I'm in Madrid.

Absolutely amazing!! Super amazing staff! Super clean and comfortable rooms! Best place to stay! Super close to walk to most places! Lots of shopping around!

While Chueca is a charming neighborhood in Madrid, unfortunately, this so-called “hotel” did not live up to expectations. In reality, it felt more like a hostel than a hotel, and I would not recommend staying here. Here are a few key reasons why: • Uncomfortable Beds: The "beds" were more like cots—hard, small, and incredibly uncomfortable. • Poor Pillows: The pillows were flat, old, and offered no support whatsoever. • Terrible Wi-Fi: The internet was virtually unusable. After multiple failed attempts to connect, I gave up entirely. • TV Issues: The 15-inch TV in the room wouldn't turn off—not with the remote, not manually. We ended up having to unplug it. Very frustrating. • Cramped Bathroom: The bathroom was extremely small. At 5'4", I still found it uncomfortably tight—definitely not designed with comfort in mind. • Non-Functional A/C: Despite advertising air conditioning, ours didn’t work and wasn’t repaired during our stay. The staff gave us a small fan, which did little to help. • Stifling Room: We were three women in a triple room. We tried opening both windows for air circulation, but the view was just an enclosed alley with four walls—no airflow at all. • Unpleasant Smells and Noise: Leaving the windows open only brought in loud street noise and a foul sewer smell from outside. In the morning, we could hear everyone’s voices in the hotel, very noisy! • Upgrade requested - to have more ventilation since the AC was not working, but they did not give us any options
