Went into this room with low expectations due to the size in the pictures. Only stayed for one night. Hotel outdid themselves. Room was immaculate and fresh, totally clean and updated. Highly recommend!

Well kept property in the heart of Chinatown, about a 1 mile walk to the US Open. I would definitely stay here again.

This hotel has no parking lot, which is deceptive. It says it has parking lot, but no one cleaned the room during our 3-day stay.

The property was a perfect fit getting back and fourth to the US Open. Clean, comfortable, and Great location.

It’s close to the stadium

Good location for the US Open or to go the Mets stadium if you don't mind a 15-20 minute walk.

Nice room, small but perfect !

Place is very small. Shipping mall across the street and 15 min walk from City field are probably the two good things about it. Their complementary breakfast is very poor, at best. Option of Cereal and bread. For the price the rooms go for, not worth it.

Loved staying here. Friendly staff, comfortable room— good beds and pillows. Very clean. GREAT location for Citi Field. I will stay here again.

Nice clean room. Great location. Good views. Walkable dining a little limited. Air traffic and subway noice early in the morning. We would happily stay here again.

David and Gotham, the property concierge extremely helpful with any and all questions. Were immediately available when had a question about air conditioning management and directions. Housekeeping staff did great job.

The room was immaculate, but cramped. The breakfast area on the roof was pleasant but needs to be cleaned up and generally spruced up and have a proper trashcan for self-serve style breakfast. Otherwise, it was a great value.

Very convenient stay to US Open grounds. Walking distance. Small room but honestly we didn't need much, just good shower and comfy bed after all day spent at US Open. We were able to store our bags before and after check in so that was super convenient. Also, very quick ride to La Guardia, bus stop right on the corner. Just don't count on good breakfast. Very limited choices up in the small area in the roof top. But there is DD right on the next block. We would stay again if coming to US Open.

One of our rooms smelled like cigarettes. They switched us to another room which was fine. This hotel was in a great location to Chinese food in Queens and was a 20 minute walk to the US Open grounds.

Stained sheet, made to pay for early check in, perfect location for U S Open, security needed for front desk area, breakfast was terrible there were no fruits, yogurt, sausages, pancakes, it was just bread, jam, butter, tea, coffee, croissants. Area was safe both at day and night time. Mall located opposite hotel was fantastic. Shopping area is within walking distance and safe.

Clean room & amazing staff

Great location if you're watching something in the tennis grounds during US open. Very walkable. However, at night time, the streets seem dark and may feel unsafe. The staff are very helpful. If u just need a place to crash for a few nights, I'll recommend it. Just ask for a flat iron to borrow. No fridge.

The property needs better lighting… and bigger trash cans.
