Very poor quality of room. No any other facilities in the property.

More like a hostel than a hotel. It was new and clean but big issue was security. Teen guys hanging about in lobby, 24/7 cafe no longer in operation so no security. I had young guy so drugged up he could hardly stand push his way into lift which was quite scary. Fortunately manager was with me and said he would throw him out. Not safe for ordinary tourists in my view. No decent restaurants or breakfast places nearby.

Clean room, closer to train station and as a Muslim closer to mosque as well. Highly recommend this place.

Easy check-in, great room, great location

This hotel is adequate if all you need is a hot shower and a bed to sleep on. There are no amenities and I’m not even sure if there is climate control (AC/heat). The positives for the room I stayed in were that it had great water pressure and a balcony so I could open the door to get cold air in. Multiple things were broken in the room, the pillows were lumpy and the shower was super small (I’m a small person and could barely fit). There was a kitchen in my room but it was not usable-there wasn’t even a fridge to store food. There was also an extra front door on the inside, which was very strange. Overall it served its purpose but I would not recommend to anyone who is expecting a normal hotel experience. Additionally when I was checking out someone else had found a used syringe in their room-do cleaning services may also not be the best (I didn’t have them clean my room during my stay).

Overall a very bad stay. Leak in the shower floor/door caused water all over the bathroom. Window didn't close. Heater broken. The property advertised soundproofed rooms but could hear every word from the couple arguing next door. Free Coffee in the morning was awful. That said, it was clean, staff was nice and it's in a good location.

Nice and safe. Just be careful with street parking.

Spotless hotel a stone's throw from metro, food, restaurants. Really conveniently placed on the circle line for all parts of downtown

Great stay! Got a lot done.

Its not a hotel. It trys to be an apartment but: No microwave. No fridge. No pots or pans. There is no way to control the heating so it is very hot. The door must be left open which is a security risk and noisy.

Great location.

The hotel offers adequate comfort at a fair price, but furnishings are minimal, and some noise is inevitable given the number of relatively small rooms. Staff were friendly and helpful.
