The hotel staff was very helpful.
I checked in late and requested a non-smoking room because I was bringing two toddlers.
When I checked in, the room type I booked was already full. Since it was so late, the hotel staff gave me a super cool room upgrade.

The hotel is nice, classic, easy access and close to delicious culinary in Central Jakarta.
Starting from the security to the staff, they are very friendly, the room is nice, clean, fragrant and the bathroom is spacious, I ordered a deluxe king room when I wanted to check in, the staff informed me that I could get a free upgrade to an executive room, it was really free without any cost, I was very happy, thank you for the 3 days and 2 nights, it really made me feel at home❤️❤️❤️
