Clean room

The room was extremely humid. The dehumidifier was full twice every day. The elevator area was bluish dark and there was a small slope when you got to the room. It is kind of challenging to the visitors.

Staff were very helpful. Room was very clean, efficiently designed. The bed was excellent—always a pleasant surprise in a hotel. The desk was simple, but very useful. Suggestion: two rolls of toilet paper instead of just one, and something to put luggage on in the closet space.

It was a chic hotel in good location.

中央空調冷氣不冷，導致整晚無法睡。建議高樓層分開安裝冷氣。

台北駅M8出口からもほど近く、近くには新光三越やコンビニ、朝ごはんのお店などがあり非常に便利。 建物全体がホテルなので閉塞感もなく過ごしやすかった。チェックイン、チェックアウトもスムーズ。壁の薄さも特に感じなかった。 エレベーターが1台のみだったのが少し不便かもしれないが、非常によい滞在だった。

整體都很乾淨，服務人員很有禮貌很幫忙，唯一是電視機要維修一下，不過服務人員都很快速解決。有機會會再入住。

無料のランドリーがあるのですが　残念ながら洗濯機が故障中でした　乾燥機は利用できました

日本語は通じませんでしたが、チェックイン時のホテルの説明や質問には英語で丁寧に対応いただきました。スタッフの方がとても親切で安心できました。フロントは開放的で、フロアも部屋もとても清潔に保たれていました。清掃のタイミングや冷蔵庫のドリンク補充も十分にしていただきました。 少し残念だったのは、エレベータはカードキーがないと乗ることは出来ませんが、私が滞在したフロアにフリーのトイレが設置されており、階段を使えば誰でも建物内に入ることができたこと。 次回の台北滞在時にまた利用させていただきたいです。

位置放便，設備齊全

역과 가깝고 편의점, 드럭스토어, 식당 등 각종 편의시설과 백화점이 가까워 움직이기 편했습니다. 객실 내부의 인테리어도 건물 외벽의 인테리어도 인상적이었습니다. 다음에 또 대만을 방문하게 된다면 또 방문하고 싶습니다.

very cool building, modern design, cool room, very clean, very nice stuff, also super convenient to stay in Taipei as it is so close to the main station. Would definitely come back again, when I come back to Taipei.
