The room is rickety, there is no elevator, the stairs are wooden, very dark, narrow, very difficult to carry a suitcase upstairs, the room is not clean, the air conditioner does not work.

The staff on the first floor has a bad attitude towards customers, the bathroom smells like sewer. Overall, for this price, it is okay to stay but the experience will not be very complete.

So happy to be back to Hanoi and stay at this homestay. This homestay is near from every place that is famous in Hanoi, just walk from the homestay. The staff is so nice and very helpful. If I visit Hanoi again, I will be back to stay there.

The staff made our 2 days stay in their Homestay a pleasant one. Ms. Lisa is very helpful in giving us tips on how to navigate the busy streets of the Old Quarter, where is the best forex shop, booked our hassle free limousine bus ride that picked us in front of the homestay & dropped us on our next homestay in Tam Coc., she even lent us an extra blanket free of charge during our stay.
