The hotel staff is friendly, the property team is very communicative and very helpful, the room is clean and tidy, will come again.

Regret coming here from the beginning, check in was complicated until check out was also complicated, I will not come here again from the beginning of booking, I was not contacted for further information if there were any applicable rules. I have stayed in hotels or apartments more than once, 3 times, only here the rules are very strange, if I want to check in I have to sneak around, I am not allowed to interact with security in the lobby. If I want to order GoFood, I am not allowed to leave it in the lobby, I have to make an appointment with the driver in the motorbike parking lot because I am not allowed to interact with security guards.. a deposit of 500 thousand for a star hotel is even less lol When checking out, I was fined because my child wet the bed, the excuse was that there were stains, even though every guest checked out, all the sheets had to be changed and washed, right? They were given the previous guest's. In hotels, they have never been fined for wetting the bed, in the end it was okay, I accepted the 75 thousand fine rather than the deposit not being returned. I was very tired, I intended to rest, but instead I was made even more tired when checking in, going around and being told to follow his instructions because I was not allowed to check in through the lobby. It's really strange, this is the first time I've booked an apartment and gotten a bad impression from check-in to check-out. Even though we paid, we didn't stay. That's all and thank you.

Towels and footcloths were reportedly out of stock because it was busy, it seems like services like this don't need to be reminded to stock all supporting facilities sufficiently. When we complained, our phone was turned off, chats were not replied to, we were asked to wait until tomorrow to be provided, the next day they were looked for and delivered to the room, if they weren't looked for, the towels and footcloths weren't delivered, the cupboard doors were also loose, and there were problems with the electricity, the point is, this time we were disappointed with the service because it was increasingly unprofessional.
