Friendly staff, enthusiastic support, fully equipped facilities. My group arrived early but was supported by the lady to check in early and change to a room with a beautiful view and extremely satisfied 🤩🤩🤩 Unfortunately, the kitchen is a bit weak so cooking takes quite a bit of time, otherwise it's impeccable.

My husband and I booked a room here at 12:30 pm and chose Dumin's apartment because we heard that The Song has the most beautiful and highest swimming pool in Vung Tau, but the maintenance building on the 36th floor does not allow us to visit, take pictures, or use the swimming pool! But when we booked the apartment, we did not see any notes. When we asked the apartment owner, we were instructed to go swimming in the children's pool! At 6 am the next morning, we checked out so we could not use the swimming pool! When we chose the room, we also chose a room with a city view, but the room was not as advertised. This was a trip with a pretty bad experience.

Hello, first of all, let me apologize to you. According to the cleaning schedule of the 3rd building, the water will be changed on the 36th floor, and the 4th floor will be cleaned and replaced at the 5th floor water park. Normally, guests will check in at 2:00 p.m. and check out at 12:00 noon the next day, so I guided you down to the 5th floor water park to swim and the 36th floor swimming pool will reopen at 6:00 a.m. tomorrow. My stay was a bit short, so I couldn't use the service. I'm very sorry and regret this inconvenience :((. I booked close to the date at the end of the day, so we still had an apartment with an internal view. There were many guests booking, so we ran out of apartments with a view. I apologize for this inconvenience. Next time I go to Vung Tau, I promise to compensate you with the best price. Thank you very much, I wish you a happy and joyful new day <3.

Awesome Room. Nice and helpful supporter. The place have kids area and pool too. The elevator was kind of slow, sometime we have to wait for 15 minutes but it wasn't matter.
