The place was unclean, full of bugs and cockroaches, the AC was not working and there were annoying noises at night so I couldn't sleep at all and had to move to another hotel as shown in the app.

Highly not recommended. The staff has no ethics. Booked 3 nights and paid for only 2 nights, if you want 3 nights you have to add more money.

Prices do not match the app, there is an additional fee charged at check-in up to 40%. AC does not work, itchy mattress, salty water, and the hallway is very noisy!

the water is salty, not nice to use for bathing, it feels like not bathing like sea water. the toilet is dirty and smells of the gutter. the bed sheets look dirty. the air conditioner is broken, it turns off automatically every hour as if it was agreed to save electricity. the air conditioner remote doesn't work. the TV is on but there are ants and it often turns off and on. no soap is provided. overall it's bad.

the bathroom water tasted salty, when we entered the room the floor sheets were dirty and dusty so we asked for them to be cleaned again, the bed size was small for two people, the cleaning service smoked in the elevator and the hotel hallway, when we checked in we were charged an additional fee and they said the Traveloka price was not updated.

I had to pay around 40 thousand more than the price on the app, it was very dirty, itchy when I slept. Not recommended.

The tap water is salty. I tried it and was a bit surprised when washing my face because it was salty, the AC wasn't cold and it was uncomfortable. The sound of the outdoor AC, whatever it's called, was quite disturbing.

I have a video, it's a shame I didn't take a photo, don't be tempted, this hotel is really bad, it smells, there are lots of people selling things inside, the room smells of drool 🤮

In the 93 application, after arriving at the hotel lobby, I was asked to pay 150 thousand, so I added the shortfall. Only got 2 towels, no toothpaste, toothbrush, soap, shampoo. The AC was not very cold, salty water.

The dirtiest room, there are cockroaches. The water for bathing tastes salty like sea water. The lady is rude, not friendly.

The location is near Mangga 2 Square, the condition of the accommodation is not good, not clean, and it turns out you still have to pay additional money when checking in, so it's like being cheated by the payment system.

The price in the app is not final, when you get to the hotel you have to pay extra. Wi-Fi is only good on the ground floor, really pranked. Better to find another hotel with the same price.

The staff charged me more than what I paid on the app. If I didn't pay, then I would not get the room. It's kind of hard to say no when you have just come from the airport. The pictures do not look anything like the room. They tried to scam me out of my bond money when I was leaving, saying that I had smoked in the room, even though I'm not a smoker. But overall, it was not a bad stay.

The hotel is unclear, the price has been paid on the app, when they arrived at the location they asked for an additional fee of 50 thousand even though this was the second time I booked this hotel, the AC was broken but the customer was given it while they were sleeping until they were sweating because it wasn't cold at all, if I knew the price difference was that much, I probably wouldn't go there again, it's really a terrible hotel.
