I stayed one night in a Deluxe Twin Room. Overall, the experience was very impressive, especially given its excellent location.

The room was still dirty, there were cigarette burns in the toilet, even though it was written there as no smoking, the service was less than satisfactory because I complained to reception and they said the room was dirty and only replied, "Oh, it hasn't been cleaned yet, huh? They should have offered to clean it first or change to another room.

the room cleaning service was not friendly and the mattress was not soft anymore and there were lots of stains on the bed sheet.

The bathroom door lock is missing and there are no clothes hangers. The TV cannot broadcast.

Location very strategic, facility good enough, rate cost is cheap, but the cleanliness is less especially for the bed. Receptionist is not too friendly.

First it was still comfortable, only the staff forgot to prepare towels in the other rooms according to the price. But unfortunately the parking security needs to be improved. My car was scratched by someone but I don't know what caused it! Because before I stayed there my car was fine. When I wanted to check out my car was already scratched.

It's amazing, so there's already a lift so access is easier.

The food is quite good, for the price and comfort it is appropriate. But the cleanliness, room design, mattress & pillow quality, and lighting need to be improved.
