The Aircon was broken, but overall was great!

1st time staying here, the receptionist (lady) arrogantly attended to me like I am illiterate. Will not stay here again.

Highly recommended, close to everywhere.

Once in the room, wash your feet in the shower, smell of urine. When checking, it turns out there is a splash of pee on the toilet seat. Immediately spray and pour a lot of soap. That night, when sleeping, woke up because the sound of the window was noisy due to rainwater and wind, plus the sound of a truck behind the building which was very loud. The room is really not soundproof. Because after the truck left, the sound of clubs, karaoke around the hotel could be heard clearly, even until 6 am. Really bad experience, can't rest well and comfortably. Even though the location is strategic, I will not recommend it and will not stay again.

The staff is very friendly and the location is very strategic, close to Jalan Alor and Pavillion.

In short, it's the best here. I've stayed here for 3 nights. It's close to everywhere. It's comfortable, fragrant, clean and you can get bottled water whenever you want.

Great location, even better service. We were allowed to unpack our luggage in a special room because we arrived early, but the bathroom door in the room was not closed properly.: maybe this was just a technical error. Overall, the location is the best.

It's noisy at night because of nightlife, busking, etc. It's better not to order breakfast. It's not good, eat at the Abang Adek restaurant in the lobby.

Except for the noise at night, everything else is OK. The breakfast is not ideal.
