The access road to the location is quite narrow, cannot pass other cars, reliable driving skills are required, the staff are very helpful and friendly, satisfied with soaking in the hot water while at the inn, the downside is that in the morning there are a lot of flies, it is recommended that you check out immediately if you arrive in the morning.

The villa is great. Get the glamping room with its own hot spring pool in front of each room. I immediately booked 4 of the 5 rooms. The atmosphere is pleasant, the natural hot springs make the kids feel at home. The staff is friendly and helpful, even helping with luggage loading and unloading. Recommended for a stay.

The atmosphere is very peaceful, very nice. There are still a lot of flies if you want to stay around Kintamani. The service is good. But the road to get there is too narrow, and the parking lot is also not spacious enough.

All the staff were very helpful during the check-in process and were very nice. Overall, I highly recommend it, but the entrance is a bit dark at night and I prefer to get there before dark.

The room was clean, although quite small, but still comfortable. The location is close to the lake, just a 5-minute walk away, and you can enjoy Lake Batur right before your eyes. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Cons: Limited breakfast menu and lots of flies, as mentioned in other reviews. Overall, it's still okay for the rate and facilities provided.

stay 2 nights here, enough to enjoy the atmosphere on the edge of Kintamani Lake. The road to the villa is very small, in the village. Only enough for one car. Short and large cars are not recommended. But it pays off after arriving at the villa. For a good view, it is recommended to choose a glamping type room. 1 room can only be filled with 2 guests, for the 4 of us, it is recommended to add 1 extra bed for 300 thousand plus breakfast. The service is quite satisfying, and the staff is friendly. Moreover, you are given a bonus breakfast for our little child

first stay in batur was in cabana villa, actually the building and facilities of the villa class are very aesthetically natural, I got a glamping room and in front there is a small hot water pool there is a large pool for swimming together there is free water, tea, coffee in the room and dining area unfortunately the access from batur road to the villa is not good for short cars and there are lots of flies from morning until I checked out, maybe this is the same thing felt in all places in batur

Thank you Mr. Putu for the extra person policy. The hotel staff is also excellent, moving quickly and very friendly. It's fun to stay here with 21 people at once. Only the road access might need to be considered for the next time. Cars like Alphard are difficult to get in and out. Passengers have to get out of the car because the road conditions are not yet paved, sandy and gravel require a struggle to get in/out. But overall we are satisfied.

There are lots of flies and access to other places is difficult if you don't have a vehicle.

Amazing, it was a really fun holiday here.

The room is very clean and tidy. The sheets are fragrant. But as usual in Kintamani there are definitely a lot of flies. For food, there are not many choices, only omelettes and fried rice. But all are delicious. There is civet coffee that has been provided with tea. Basically, you can swim in the warm water too. But unfortunately the location is a bit far down near the lake. As for the view, maa syaa Allah it is very good.

access to the location is difficult even to the point of having to be picked up by the villa staff first but for a place to stay overall it is satisfactory there is a hot water jacuzzi right in front of the room for food, the fried rice is still hard the staff are all friendly and kind
