Everything was fine, except for the unprofessional staff. Check-in took a long time. When I arrived to check-in, the staff stood there looking at me and was engrossed in their phone. I had to repeat many times that I was checking in, then the staff walked wearily to the check-in desk and said that the staff in charge of check-in was showing the guests their rooms. I waited for quite a while, but the staff still stood at the check-in desk, playing on their phone and chatting with two other male staff. Can the hotel owner ask the staff to focus on the guests instead of playing on their phones all the time and limit chatting? After the staff in charge of check-in came down, she picked up her own phone and played on the phone again and listened to the phone for a long time. It seemed like I and the other guests were invisible. The next evening and noon I had food here, the staff took a long time to serve, and after bringing the food to the customers, they stood around chatting and laughing, no one paid attention to the customers, I had to come and tell them what I needed and they hurriedly went to find it. The food here is not very good for my taste, especially the dishes with sauce, the sauce is not good. The staff for breakfast is also not very professional, standing to fry eggs is quite difficult, spoons and food are all gone, the customers and I have to ask the staff to add more, and the staff themselves do not do this when no one requests it.

Small room, no windows, room has glass door with river view but the design blocks the view. The furniture does not look sturdy. Air conditioner OK, clean bed, good soundproofing, OK breakfast, have to wait a bit to check in, 24/24 check in and 24h stay time is very OK. The pillow is too high, I am not used to lying on it.

The first time I stayed here, the room was small but fully equipped (the room was small but not too cramped because the room design was very good and I mostly went out and didn't stay in the room much so it was very good). The service and staff were very ok and friendly, however the smell in the hallway on the 7th floor where I stayed was not very good, in the bathroom there was no comb and the yellow light did not have white light so it was a bit inconvenient when I did my makeup.

The hotel looks beautiful but the room is tiny, 1 bed is not enough, it's cramped, the room feels stuffy when entering, I booked 2 rooms before the day of departure, but when I arrived, the receptionist told me to only let them have 1 room. 1 room, I waited for a long time but no room was available, I kept calling, I felt angry, so I gave the room to me and took me 1 more floor. Also, when traveling with 4 people, the card only allows you to go to that floor. If you want to go to the other person's room to get things, you can't. If you want to meet someone, you have to go to the reception to meet them. It's really an experience for 1 night, compared to the money spent. out, not worth it at all??? Anyone who goes to this hotel should think carefully ???????
