The staff was very friendly and accommodating.

I had to wait for a long time for my room to be ready. We were tired and asked for updates repeatedly because others were able to get their rooms quicker than us, but they made us wait nonetheless. My room was near the kitchen where loud music was played even at night time. Room was clean and comfortable though. Manager was nice and accommodating but the staff were just okay. Hotel is near SM so that 's a plus.
