I rarely write down reviews of accommodations, but this is crucial for improvement.
The location is great.
For breakfast, I asked for an omelet, but it was runny. The buffet spread was also disappointing. The staff, dressed in mukenahs (prayer robes) were walking around the breakfast area (I found this odd and there should be a standard dress code).
I booked a superior room but was given a standard one (you had to complain of feeling sick before being upgraded to a deluxe room). The sheets and pillowcases were very hot, and the AC wasn't cold enough, even though it was powerful. I also didn't think the room was ready for occupancy because there wasn't any Wi-Fi in the building.
The cleanliness of the room also needs attention, as the wooden furniture was full of crumbs (perhaps termites?). Honestly, the bed was comfortable, firm, and soft, but the poor quality and slippery sheets made it less comfortable.
The front desk staff on the day shift also didn't provide solutions (as if they hadn't been trained). Luckily, the bellboys were very helpful and proactive, so I didn't get too worked up.
