Favila used to be my go to stay. it's conveniently located near the airport and the price is ok since i would only need a few hours stay. however, in my last 2 stays, it gotten bad, worst even. the staff esp the one to contact in the number listed in traveloka, don't give a damn. when you message, no answer. this last time, when i arrived, it seems they didn't know their place was booked. i was transferred to another of their condos, i was told diff reasons. one said, it wasnt cleaned yet, the other said, it was not available. its so much hassle. i can take the cockroaches, the old sheets, the unwashed bathroom curtains, but the staff, they need some training, really. they don't know how to communicate. althought there's this one staff ann who did her best. im not the type who rants online but here i am. very frustrated!
