The staff

Da, who works at reception, was awesome! She was very helpful. Our friends we were traveling with felt the same. Her English is good and she is patient and kind.

Perfect stay, 4 nights. Beautiful property, very attentive staff, many extra perks like free shuttle to downtown, use of a washing machine, free breakfast, etc... The view is amazing, but better take a room facing the Mekong river. I would come back without any hesitation. What a superb surprise!!!

Relaxful Hotel earns the title for its name: Location, staff, food, room, and facility. It's worth a 4-star. Although the surroundings are noisy and dirty, we can't control them, especially the next-door outdoor bar with loud music until 10:00 pm.

英語が話せるスタッフは限られているようですが、皆さん親切でした。 地図情報が間違っているようで、実際にはシティから離れていました。
