I just didn't have enough shampoo, it wasn't provided yesterday

The reception staff is friendly, the service is satisfactory, the room is quite clean, the room is spacious, the water heater works well.

The AC is off and not working properly.

The advantage is the strategic location. The downside is that the bathroom shower doesn't work, the sheets and blankets are stained, and the previous guest's used towel was still left in the bathroom before I entered. Maybe they forgot to take it away or something, but the cleanliness of the room must be really taken care of. Even though the price is low budget, at least hospitality is very important, so that next time we will be happy to stay here again and can recommend this accommodation to friends or family. Thank you.

The hallway was quite dirty, the pillowcases were dirty to the point of being discolored. There was no soap or shampoo, even though it was on promotion, I think that's the bare minimum for a hotel.

It was a pleasure to stay here. The hospitality was good, AC was working well, toilet is good, the access is near to Dipatiukur.

Clean room, cold AC, good TV, comfortable and quiet for a vacation in Bandung. Close to places to eat.

Book for 3 adults super suite room but the room size is only enough for two because the bed is 160, only 1 towel that is also in a condition that is not suitable for use, pillows get 2 pcs for 3 people, sheets have stains, the condition of the bathroom is very concerning, very dirty sink and clogged water drain, walls are full of moss as if the bathroom has never been brushed, the condition of the bathroom lights are not bright making the bathroom very dim and looks even dirtier.. for a very strategic location.. the lobby looks good.. only the room is in a condition that is not suitable for use..

I swear guys, never stay here😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭 the room key can be used to open many other room doors, especially the ones in mine m-08 m-09 and h 08 can be opened with 1 key😭😭😭😭😭 so scary. I want to try opening other rooms but I'm scared. Really the worst experience na'uzubillahiminzalik.

The staff is friendly. Got a suite room, the room is comfortable. The location is quiet & cool, so it's good for resting. But there is only one towel provided in the room, hopefully in the future there will be two. So those who bring couples, families, or colleagues, should bring their own extra towels.

Minimal service and facilities. The staff lack initiative and are not very friendly. Friendly only at the reception. There are cigarette butts in the toilet, even though the rules prohibit smoking, the toilet smells and is slippery and dirty as if it is rarely brushed. The sheets are dirty with lots of stains.
