We had an okay stay, it was a short sleepover. What you get is worth the price. Toilet cleanliness could improve. Staff was helpful. The joglo is beautiful anyway!

No Tissue in the bathroom, no water heater, not enough light in the room, no food.

Comfortable hotel in the middle of the city, just a bit smelly in the room, otherwise the atmosphere is comfortable like in Yogyakarta, the room is also quite spacious, the bathroom is spacious

The place is nice, comfortable and clean. The staff is responsive. The facilities are well maintained.

The room has an old atmosphere, the sheets are not very clean, there is no toothpaste, only towels, the atmosphere is cool and natural, typical of Garut, the pool is large, the large pool is 2 meters, be careful for those who can't swim very well, so far the kids like it because the hotel is spacious for playing

comfortable, cool, economical price, premium comfort.. will come back here again The downside is the toilet is not running smoothly and there is no kettle but you can just ask the staff to give you one... friendly and fast

The bathroom was slippery, I fell in there.

The staff was friendly and offered me to help carry my luggage, I asked for hot water to make children's milk, it was given and delivered, because I asked, there was no drinking water heater in the room. However, it would be better for the employees/staff to wear uniforms because when I checked in the service and front office staff only wore t-shirts. The TV remote doesn't work but it's okay, the shower water is really small 🥲, the sink is cracked so I don't use it and it falls apart a bit, the toilet evaporates from the septic tank. The hotel building and the atmosphere are nice, it feels like going home, comfortable, cool.
