Overall good if you just want to transit

Sorry, but the room is very dirty. The sheets, blankets and pillows have lots of dirty spots.

I've booked for 2 nights, but it only lasted for 15 minutes..enough for the first and last time..

Fast and friendly service, only the sheets were dirty with lots of stains, Wi-Fi access was available but not very stable and the Android TV kept turning off and on (maybe because it was set to auto off).

Prioritize cleanliness, friendliness and comfort... May you always be happy... For facilities, they are complete... The place is a favorite choice.

The location is strategic near the toll road, cleanliness needs to be improved, the service staff is friendly and helpful.

The room overall is very dirty, filthy even there are cockroaches! The bedcover is full of stains! Asking for a replacement bedcover is still the same, it's still dirty. During weekends the price can go up to 4 times, but the facilities are very dirty and filthy. Disappointed that the facilities are not kept clean and not maintained.

good experience, clean room, good ambience around. near to anywhere around pasteur, minus : there is no elevator so if you got the upper room (3rd or 4th floor) it'll somehow exhausted.

The hotel is cheap and good. Only the mattress has yellow sheets, like they haven't been changed. But it's a good recommendation. The AC is cold.

Friendly staff, clean rooms, fast wifi, water heater works well.

the staff is friendly, responsive and easy check in and check out.. good service.. near places to eat and tourist attractions.. it's just a shame the room is not soundproof, the twin bed is not comfortable, the mattress is dirty and already dull..

We stayed for 2 nights, the room we got was on the 4th floor, without an elevator. Lots of luggage, of course going up and down, it was an extraordinary struggle to stay at this Fortuna hotel. Just a suggestion, install an elevator so it doesn't torture hotel guests. Thanks.

I got a family room, the room was dirty, the bed was dirty, there were geckos, there was only one AC in the middle, the bedroom was not private, only had makeshift curtains so it could be seen from the hallway, my suggestion is to reconsider if you are going to stay at this hotel, finally I booked a room at another hotel on the spur of the moment that afternoon because it was not suitable to be occupied.

The staff is friendly, but the young man is indifferent. The room is dirty, the sheets look like they've been used, you only get 1 towel, if you want 2, ask for it, the hot water takes a long time to come up, there are lots of mosquitoes, it's noisy, you can't use a hairdryer in the room.
