Very comfortable, I've been here twice, it's cheap too

"hidden gem!" best hotel, the vibes are very homey, really really like the interior and exterior! very jogja! got the price of 1,750,000, at first I didn't expect anything because of the price, but wow it's that good, so I got the idea that I want to make a house as beautiful as this so that when a big family comes it can be as comfortable as this. there is wi-fi, got 2 clean and thick towels! the room? very clean, smells of tea too, the sheets and mattress and the room. the downside, the room is a bit narrow so you can't put your suitcase at all. there is a security guard/receptionist who is there 24/7. the downside, the car park is in the yard so it's like coming to grandma's house during Eid, loaded in the yard. from the front it looks like a house and inside is a villa. really love it! will visit again soon if I go to jogja again, (please don't increase the price...)

The distance to Malioboro is indeed a bit far, but it depends on the needs. Because of work matters, it is not a problem for me... Like a homestay, the owner is also welcoming... what I like is that the twin bed is large... the environment is beautiful.. The price is affordable... if you go to Yogya again, it can be a consideration. Maybe it can be an input for Kamulyan, to provide a small trash can at least in front of each room door...

Check in late at night and request extra mats and towels, which are delivered to your room. Breakfast is available in each room and delivered to your room. This is a homestay with a small terrace in front of the room. The first impression is very homey. The room is quite small, like a home room, but it is very clean, fragrant, the toilet is also clean, the food is also cheap, fried rice is 15 thousand, the AC is cold, and a rooster crows in front of the room at dawn. For those who want to go to Malioboro, it's quite a walk, about 20-25 minutes.
