Great experience here. Great view, great meal, and great service.

Stayed here for 1 night and the view and the surrounding was fantastic. Can't say more words, the only thing that needs to be upgraded was the bathroom (shared ones) and the road on the way to the accommodation. Overall we would love to stay here next time!

Everything is satisfactory from the service, cleanliness, food, etc. The only drawback is that there are a lot of flies in the morning, but it's okay because in Kintamani, all villas are full of flies. But all is good, thank you Alam Caldera 🙏☺️

The access road to the caldera is very slippery when it rains, very steep, and very rocky for cars. The lights on my terrace were off, making it pitch black at night. I stayed for two nights, but the room and bathroom weren't cleaned.

There were so many flies in the morning and afternoon!! I arrived at night so there were no flies, but in the morning the flies swarmed all over the tents! I was shocked to see so many flies on my bed. It's such a shame, because the location and view of this hotel are so beautiful. It's such a shame!

The staff is really friendly. The room is clean and worth it! I love the view!

The location is cool and the concept is really good but the service and breakfast are really bad.

Best glamping area in Bali. Great place, great staff, great view. But unfortunately, I couldn't sleep well that night due to someone was karaoke till 1 AM (someone outsider though, not from Alam Caldera). The separate restroom a bit too far from the tent. General all good.

This is the second time here but got a different type of tent that is more expensive, but the view outside the tent is not as good as the cheaper tent. But it's still ok. Only when it’s hot. Lots of flies
