Everything is nice, only The bathroom's drainage isn't good, so water pools. Even my friend's bathroom doesn't drain well. We live on the third floor. 310 and 316. But we already reported to the receptionist. The other things are good! :)

The hotel looks like it's been renovated for a while, but the interior is nice and the room amenities are complete. The location is also strategic. The only downside is the food menu is limited, with only one choice of side dishes and vegetables.

Great hotel for a business trip or to enjoy the moment

Excellent hotel with very good room. Friendly staf with good communication. Beside the hotel there is a supermarket. There is alot of charger plugs for HP, tablet or laptop. We booked via traveloka , it’s very easy booking with great price . Great place to stay in Bali for business or holiday with fam.

The motorbike exhaust is too noisy at night.

The hotel staff is very friendly and communicative. The facilities provided are all still good because it is a new hotel. The hotel and room atmosphere are very comfortable and clean. The food is less varied but overall very tasty

During Eid you can only check in at 5 pm.

Strategic location, friendly hotel staff, delicious food

Location was great, very near to other place as it's located on sunset road, beside the hotel is supermarket. Room was clean, no funny smells and renovated. Really liked the spacious bathroom, cleanliness can be improved for the grout and soap scums. Netflix and YouTube available on the TV. Breakfast spread is very limited — good if you don't eat heavy breakfast, opt in for Gofood if you want better meals. Staff were very courteous, helpful and polite. Definitely will recommend and come back here again.

The room is renovated, I really like the spacious bathroom. Room a bit squeeze but that’s okay, there’s balcony too. Netflix and Youtube are available from the TV. Bathroom cleanliness need to be improved but it’s acceptable. Breakfast spread is very very limited, only staples were available (plain croissants, toast, fruits, rice, veggies, meat). Taste quite ok, it wasn’t bad. Location is really good, there’s a supermarket (GrandLucky) beside the hotel and opposite is Taman Air Spa (really recommend their massage). It’s in Sunset Road, so it’s very easy to get around. I will stay here again when I’m back. Cons: Rooster in the morning was quite noisy 😂

Holiday Inn Express Sunset Road is very convenient because in front of the inn there is a Teman bus stop and next to it is Grandlucky Supermarket. The room is ok, clean and a bit small.

this is a big shame for intercontinental hotels group especially holiday inn. i've stayed in 10+ holiday inn branches, and have stayed in many different hotels under different groups, this is one of the worst building i've stayed so far. so why? i will only comment on the essentials! the bedding they use is low quality cheap mattress, the shower heat is not stable, and the pressure is so low that you have to take longer time to shower, they only have hand shower, the smallest hand shower i've seen, don't even know where you source that thing from. the gorden is not fully blackout, you can see plenty of light still coming in from the side of the gorden. the sound proof (main reason) is the worst i've ever experienced. i can hear clearly people from beside the room talking and when the bell is rang, it makes you feel that is your room, sucks. and thanks anyway for keeping me awake all night i'm writing this review at 8am right now because i just can't sleep and i have very important work to do today:(. i would never consider again to stay in any holiday inn. i booked for 2 nights but immediately booked to stay on another hotel for the second night. i wish you guys can refund me one night if not then just be it. thank you! and for anyone reading this to the end, just don't think further. skip!
