The place is fun and very cold. It's better to bring a thick jacket and thick socks so you can sleep well. The villa is nice near the lake and family friendly. If you have breakfast on the balcony in the morning, be careful of the monkeys who sometimes ask to join you for breakfast. The 2nd floor needs to be cleaned more thoroughly because when we went there the area was quite dusty. There is also a tea plantation around the villa that can be explored. Thanks

Octagonal hot water must be shared, and breakfast lacks variety, only fried rice with egg side dish. The rest is ok.

The staff are friendly and informative, yesterday there was a TV unit installed in each room and we were informed in advance. The place is quiet, cold, but not scary. The location is very strategic, the road access is also still very good. Next time I go on vacation here again, I will definitely be addicted and miss the atmosphere.

Actually the place is nice, but the cleanliness of the room is very lacking. Bed cover, blanket, pillow, bed sheet, towel are very dirty. At night there are rats running around in the room and when entering the room initially on the mattress there are rat droppings. Already reported by WA, but no response.

The cleanliness room and area around the lake was the main problem. There are lots of trash everywhere, and even the monkey's/bird ' s poop left in the restaurant 🫣 🤢🤮. Bed and blanket smell bed, and also the toilet wasn't clean enough. Size of the room is quite small, there are noises in front of our room until very late (or almost early morning. There was a mouse inside the room, found so many caterpillars almost everywhere around. Hard to find food at night time, because the restaurant only serve until 5 pm. So, even tough is has a good view directly to the tea fields, we were very unpleasant and decide to just check out on early morning, event without breakfast time. Overall, this place need to improve cleanliness and maintenance in many places.

Only TV is missing for the room I stayed in (octagonal) and it would be better for the double bed not to combine the single beds. Thank you.

Everything is okay, good. At least the water heater should be increased for the non-villa ones. Because yesterday I took a hot shower and the water didn't feel hot at all at night 🙏, but in the morning I was given the opportunity to take a shower in a villa that has a water heater, thank you aa 🙏👍 other than that it was very satisfying, especially the aa service was really good. Highly recommended, in one place you can get natural healing to your heart's content🥹 the staff is very friendly. The room is non AC, but the air is cold as if using AC. the food is enough, (less spicy, but it's ok) it's worth to pay, because the hotel atmosphere is really cool + the service is very friendly 🥹🫶🏻 next time I will come here again, please make a video of accommodation recommendation😁

Honest Review Pluses and Minuses. PLUS:+ nice view. + The staff are all friendly and helpful. Minus: - Entering the Telaga Warna area you have to pay again even though we are hotel guests. Even though the hotel location is about 200 meters from the ticket counter (yesterday I paid 60k) - The room facilities are not complete, no wifi, no hairdryer, no TV. - The floor and mattress are very dirty, the drain is blocked, the toilet door slot is loose because it is very torn, - Breakfast starts really late in the day, breakfast at 9, normally at the inn breakfast is at least noon at 7. And only fried rice, no choice given. Overall, with a fairly pricey price, it's not worth it, just think of it as just buying the view.
